Riverside - Allendale Apartments is a unique apartment community, located in the historic Riverside Sylvania Heights area of Fort Worth, Texas. This area is also known as the Carter-Riverside area. The complex has a colorful history, dating back to 1948. The property is a Fort Worth Historical Landmark and we have tried to retained the look and feel of its unique background.
All of our units have wood floors that has been carpet and tile, and some apartments still have the antique fixtures, which give them a truly vintage feel. We have tried to restore and retain as much of the original atmosphere as possible. Our complex is situated around a peaceful yard, which contains trees, flowers, and shade. It is a perfect area for relaxing with a book, or chatting with your neighbors.

At Riverside - Allendale Apartments
We have Efficiencies, One and Two Bedroom Apartments.
All of the apartments at Riverside - Allendale Apartments are all bills paid (water, sewer, gas and electric).
The 1 BR (715sqf) and 2 BR (770sqf) also come with one covered parking along with a storage unit.
We are also on The T bus line on route 11 with a stop at the front of the apartments; we are within minutes of downtown Fort Worth and the Trinity River.
Pets
Small pets are allowed, with a pet deposit. Service animals will also be allowed with appropriate documentation. All pet owners must also follow all pet laws that the City of Fort Worth has inplace. Per Fort Worth requirements, you will be required to provide a copy of the paperwork showing the pet has current shots. This is required to be current and on file with Management.
POLICIES
Following is a summary of our policies. These will be explained in more detail and included in the rental lease that must be signed before move-in.
Lease/Deposit
We require a 12 month lease, 6 month in some cases. There is no application fee. The deposit is refundable when the unit is vacated, all rent is paid and proper notice was given.
Any deposit paid to hold an apartment for you before you move in is non refundable after 48 hours. Once the apartment is ready, we will contact you and your rent will start on the day you were notified via: email, phone call or message left, your rent will start.
Laundry Room
We have a laundry room for residents' use, which contains coin-operated machines. The laundry room is easily accessible and open 8am - 9pm everyday.
Tenant Expectations
Due to the way our apartments are arranged, we ask that residents make every effort to be considerate of their neighbors. We strive to maintain the peaceful atmosphere our residents have come to expect, and we ask that everyone contribute to maintaining this atmosphere.
